OFFBEAT PRESS 10 YEAR PARTY
STRATEGY + EVENT IDENTITY + BRANDING + MERCH DESIGN
The Offbeat Press X Party was an event to celebrate the ten year anniversary of the company. The party was designed to celebrate the accomplishments of the Offbeat Press team, thank the clients and celebrate the local business community. The event supported about two dozen clients between the venue, food, beverages, dessert, music and entertainment. The event was a combination of live music, an interactive art installation, food feast and libations on the house. The party also kicked off the annual fundraiser, Hoodies for the Homeless, and raised almost $3000 for a local nonprofit organization.
The Roman numeral for ten, X, was the central design element to brand this event. The creative team created an event graphic specific for the event that also was used on digital and print marketing, event signage, merchandise and inspired the art installation. The Offbeat Press X identity graphic encompassed a number of illustrated elements that are part of the daily activities such as the screens and inks, eagle sightings and a beloved office dog. A fun spin on a retro-inspired modern hybrid was the inspiration for illustration and colors. The onsite art installation consisted of an interactive photo booth that included a living room set up that utilized the themes and colors of the event.
